After the consultation. We will provide our clients with a staging proposal that includes rooms to be staged and a brief description of the inventory to be used. Once the proposal is accepted and date is settled the staging takes place.
Occupied staging
De-personalizing your home is what helps buyers picturing themselves living in the space, even though we’ll be working with existing furnitures, adding little changes here and there with accessories ,repositioning furnitures and adding some extra small furnitures if needed can transform your home big time. Sellers won’t even believe it is their actual home they have been living in.

Staging a vacant house is as important as staging a furnished house, only 10% of buyers can visualize a potential of an empty space, showing off the true potential of a space is what we work on, so we make it easier for buyers to connect instantly to the space. Usually with vacant staging we work with a blank canvas, we bring in all the furnitures needed. Every house is different. Once everything is approved from your side we will start sourcing all the furnishings and decors and get it delivered to you and of coarse take care of the final installation too.
